Whether you're a contractor working odd hours, a family in need of flexible space, or a solo traveller looking for a quiet, well-connected base, we aim to provide exactly what you need -before, during, and after your stay. We’ve carefully designed our spaces to feel like home, offering comfort, practicality, and thoughtful touches to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. From Smart TVs and blackout blinds to fast WiFi and secure parking, every detail has been considered. Need local tips, flexible check-in, or help settling in? Just ask - we’re here to help. • Free Secure gated parking right outside the building

• Private entry and self check-in for full flexibility

You’ll have full use of the apartment - including both bedrooms, the open-plan lounge and kitchen, and your private parking space.


Both bedrooms feature zip-link beds that can be set up as kings or singles to suit your needs.

Other things to note


– Please note that parties and loud music are NOT permitted in this property. We are in a peaceful residential area.

– 250 GBP disturbance fee applies for noise or unauthorised gatherings – No smoking inside the apartment or building - additional cleaning fee will apply

– Professionally cleaned and maintained after every stay – Hotel-quality linen, towels, and bath mats provided

– Please note that loss of keys costs 50 GBP

– For stays over 28 nights, a short holiday-let agreement is required before arrival.

– For guest comfort and community respect, we use a Minut smart home sensor. This device monitors noise levels, temperature, and humidity but does not record conversations or video.

Please note that there is no lift access to the apartment; entry is via a large communal staircase. Additionally, access to one of the bedrooms involves ascending an internal staircase within the apartment.

If you're arriving by car from the M62, here's the simplest route to Silvester House:


> Please use the Bond Street entrance, as this is quickest way to Silvester House.

> Parking is right outside Silvester House.


Train from Hull Paragon Interchange (0.4 miles)


By Train


From Hull Paragon Interchange:

> Exit the train station onto Ferensway, turn left onto Bond Street, and continue for about 0.3 miles.

> Turn right at K2 Tower onto Silvester Street; Silvester House is a 2-minute walk ahead, also shown as Apartment 5 on some platforms.

Total walk time: approximately 9 minutes (0.4 miles).
