Spotlight Estates is a family-owned property management business based in Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire. With years of experience as landlords, we specialise in renting properties from fellow landlords for Service Accommodation, primarily supporting emergency service workers.
Spotlight Estates was founded by Adam and Jo, both seasoned landlords with a shared passion for supporting those who depend on service accommodation to deliver vital services to the local community. Together, they bring a wealth of experience and a personal touch to property management, ensuring all their clients feel secure and confident in the service they provide.
Adam Parkinson
Adam has served in the emergency services for over 20 years and has been a landlord since 2020. With extensive experience in Assured Shorthold Tenancy contracts, tenant vetting and management, landlord and renters’ insurance, Buy-To-Let mortgages, property management, and regulatory compliance, he is well-equipped to meet your property letting needs.
Jo Hepworth
Jo is an experienced relationship counsellor, supporting couples and individuals to overcome challenges and difficulties in their lives. She has worked in both the private and public sector alongside the police and the armed forces and is now passionate about helping those in these industries secure quality accommodation to support the vital work they do in supporting our communities. Jo has also been a successful landlord since 2020.
